Seating up to 120 guests Theatre-style or 72 guests Cabaret style, boasting floor to ceiling windows offering plenty of natural light and access out onto the terrace.

Kooindah 3 is our most sought after room with gorgeous views overlooking the Kooindah Waters award-winning Golf Course. 

It is also a popular space for smaller intimate wedding receptions due to the beautiful windows and view.
