Firstly just a huge thank you to all of your staff for just how incredibly they delivered and attended to our team during our stay with you.

Kerri – the incredible way you were able to deliver all my initial requests, the accommodation sorted and pulling everything together within out time frame was such a huge effort and extremely appreciated as it made my side so much easier to handle.

Kate – with all my last minute changes and requests I honestly would not have been able to deliver what we did on the day! The team were so thankful and loved the way the accommodation, food, amenities were all available to us. You went above and beyond the efforts that I have seen in other event coordinators so I really thank you for all the extras you did in the day for us.

Your F&B staff were great! Firstly with our lunches on the Tuesday and making sure everyone was happy, then following through to the drinks and dinner at the end of the day – I can’t believe the incredible communication between all your front and back of house staff. The front of house team dealt with all our back and forth so professionally and I know we were probably a bit of a pain but it was not shown once.

The kitchen staff kicked it out of the park! All dietaries were noted and had plenty to eat (I would even say an oversupply!) which is a first for me and all of the team without dietaries really enjoyed everything that was on offer. The kitchen need to be commended for delivering timely food with such a big group.

Overall I can’t think of the last time, in any of my jobs over the years where I have been able to have so much commitment and help from the venue when I am booking such large numbers. Not only the fact the kitchen knocked up dishes so quickly when I had made errors! I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome and Tor and I greatly appreciate what you delivered for us.

We had a wonderful stay 24th and 25th July. Your staff are by far and away your greatest asset. Tim - who checked us in was attentive, answered every question, made some great suggestions and was totally relatable. Had a wonderful welcoming presence. I was travelling with another mum and her daughter (dance competition) and Tim had a great joke with the girls about getting up early to hit the indoor pool, which we did. The brekkie buffet was top level! Way better than Magenta Shores! Indoor pool was super clean, and the girls had a lovely splash. Due to the Mum’s having a few bottles of vino in the room on Friday night, we were super grateful for a courtesy bin emptying by your lovely housekeeping team. I missed the lovely lady’s name but, again super friendly and relatable. We even had a joke with a fellow occupant when he came downstairs wearing a Dragon’s jersey! Many laughs had. Dinner on Saturday night at Karinyas was exceptional. We had a huge group of dance Mum’s and girls over two sittings. Gloria looked after us and was utterly above and beyond!!! It was going to be a messy split bill, but Gloria looked after us and explained both menu’s and had all the tired dance girls sorted with ice cream preferences and even came back with sprinkles for their choices. The girls all now refer to Gloria as the “sprinkle fairy”! Now the dance Mum’s hit the cocktails at this dinner. My God, Maddie who worked the bar on Saturday was exceptional! As a lady who worked several bars in my younger life, I was impressed. I watched her transfer bills, split bills, pour amazing beers, give advice on the wine list, and then shake some damn good cocktails. Our table truly enjoyed the Blueberry Gin Cosmo, Strawberry Vanilla Kiss and the best - the Micropolitan! That was truly next level. So many flavours but mixed and merged perfectly. Every staff member out on their rounds/golf carts were super courteous and interactive saying good morning, good evening etc. It was so lovely. Our entire dance club said the same thing - some 20 odd room bookings. Thank you so much. We had a brilliant stay and I’d be happy to stay again.

As a conference venue this resort gave the best service to about 70 delegates. It is situated on a golf course with other activities to occupy spare time.

Stayed 2 nights in a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. Our room had a very comfortable lounge are and all rooms & public spaces enjoy absolutely beautiful views to the lake and golf course.

Thank you so much for everything that you did for our wedding, the team at Kooindah were honestly amazing!

I worked with Kooindah's Wedding Coordinator, Megan throughout the process of planning a wedding and she was absolutely amazing. Such quality customer service and organisational skills. There wasn’t a moment that I was worried about the organisation of the day as I knew it was in Megan’s hands. Megan is very professional and a lovely person to work with. Would definitely recommend this venue and Megan as a Wedding Coordinator to anyone that asks me about wedding venues in the future!

I cannot thank the staff at Kooindah Waters enough for making our dream wedding come true. Megan was attentive to every single detail, question and request.

My day was perfect thanks to her going above and beyond! Responding promptly, always picking up my phone calls, answering every question and running through all the details to ensure everything went smoothly. I can tell the importance and pride Megan has within her job and how important the day was to her as well. Megan helped to keep me at ease and made everything so easy, I felt confident and calm with her guidance.

Also, a special shout out to the events team, wow the way they went above and beyond, this added such an amazing atmosphere. All I can say is my day was perfect and I would not change a thing. Another massive thank you to Megan you are truly amazing.

My wife and I were very pleasantly surprised by our two-night stay.  the room was spotless and very comfortable.

The dinner in the restaurant was lovely and the breakfast was just as enjoyable for us both. The staff were efficient and very friendly and they seemed very happy to be there.

Overall it was a great stay for our break!

We stayed here with family on our anniversary. Mercure Hotel in Kooindah is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. The amenities, including the golf course and pool, are top-notch. The location is serene and beautiful.

Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway! 

We came for your wedding anniversary with our Baby of 6 months.

Tim was the best....he was very helpful and made sure we had a pleasant stay.

Big thumbs up to all staff as well. We highly recommend the place.

Had a wonderful time there. It was simply relaxing and the bonus was - the staff were so lovely and accommodating.

Enjoyed the spa, considering the receptionist was able to book my sister and I for a back and neck massage for half an hour.

I highly recommend getting the full spa experience by booking it prior. It gets booked out pretty quick spa and golf.

The children had a fabulous time swimming in the outdoor and indoor pools.

What a gem of a place. Can't fault it. Very friendly staff. Beautiful atmosphere. A place where you'd want to return... or never leave
