Meet Roison, our Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Mercure Kooindah Waters!
We asked Roison a few questions so you can get to know one of the friendly faces behind our Food & Beverage team.
What do you love most about your job?
Working with an amazing team and meeting different people every single day. No two days are the same!
Favourite Kooindah memory?
When a regular guest who visited weekly for lunch arrived with a bouquet of flowers to thank Roison for looking after him and his wife.
Something we might not know about you?
Roison once did Irish dancing on the red sand in Queensland!
Something you've ticked off the bucket list?
Champagne and caviar at the top of the Eiffel Tower — hard to beat that one!
Favourite local spot?
The dunes overlooking Soldiers Beach at sunset.
Outside of work?
You'll find Roison enjoying yoga, cooking, beach walks and catching up with family and friends.
And if she could invite three famous people to dinner? Elvis Presley, Sandra Bullock and Will Smith. Now that would be an interesting table!
